The DC  Weather Reports are shareware. Please feel free to read the WRPs.

The WRP member's mailing list is an adjunct to the Weather Reports.   Given the unfortunate outcome, energy problems, stock market problems, layoffs, the donut problems, failing Telcos, the WRP members list is open to all WRP supporters.   The membership fee for both the shareware Weather Report and the member's mailing list for 2002 continues to be $0.00    The list is a polly free zone.   Join the list and learn how to make custards and gravy.
